Colby Hill Inn, near Concord, New Hampshire, is the picture-perfect setting for an event. Not only do we have 14 rooms, a stellar chef and a 55-seat restaurant, our six acres of beautiful grounds surround the 1797 inn and provided many options for outdoor events. Lush perennial gardens, rolling hills and fields in the distance, antique barns, our whimsical "Barn Bar" and a charming garden gazebo create a memorable setting for your outdoor gathering. Indoors, the historic charm of the farmhouse and its decor and accentuated by the wonderful views of the gardens from most rooms. We have a storehouse of event and meeting supplies to make things easy for you.

We recommend planning at least 2 months in advance due to availability. We are willing to open any day of the week for a luncheon or dinner party. For both, we utilize the Christmas Cheer Menu, call 603-428-3281, or email innkeeper@colbyhillinn.com.

Rehearsal Dinners

We plan rehearsal dinners for couples hosting their weddings at Colby Hill Inn and for couples holding weddings elsewhere. Depending upon availability, we can hold rehearsal dinners for parties ranging from 25-50 in our "Into the Woods" space, with a tree canopy of lights and generally a "woodsy" decorated table scene, or in the Barn or elsewhere on the grounds. The restaurant is also an option for parties of 30 or less for one of two dining rooms; we can only rent the entire restaurant, if your party has also booked all of the guestrooms in the inn.

We have hosted reunions, baby showers, bridal showers, non-profit meetings, staff appreciation days, special interest groups, and many birthdays and anniversary parties.

If your group books six rooms or more for two nights, we offer a 10% lodging discount. If your group books the entire inn, we can offer a discounted flat rate so no one guest pays more than another.

VENUE FEES

Venue Rates (may vary due to larger party size and special requests):

Restaurant $250.00 (includes floral for tables)
Gardens $350 (includes floral for up to 6 tables)
Into The Woods $350 (floral generally not needed)
Barn $450.00 (floral included for up to 5 tables, entrance and bar)

FOOD
We are prepared and knowledgeable to address a diverse group and make sure everyone is very satisfied and feels taken care of.

BREAKFAST:  We have a simple option for $15 per person or a full breakfast for $30 per person. Breakfast is included for anyone staying overnight in their room rate.

LUNCH: We can luncheon service for $30-$45 per person. We can also provide grab-and-go lunches from $15-25 so that people can meet in small groups on the grounds.

Winter Dinner Menu (December 1 - March 15)

Alternatively, we also offer Private Wine Dinners or Clam Bakes for parties of 12 or more.
