We plan rehearsal dinners for couples hosting their weddings at Colby Hill Inn and for couples holding weddings elsewhere. Depending upon availability, we can hold rehearsal dinners in the woods with a tree canopy of lights, in the Henniker Dining for parties of 12-24, in the full Grazing Room restaurant for parties over 32, in the barn, in the meadows, by the pool, or on the main lawn.
For parties of less than 20, we will plan your dinner utilizing the Chef's Menu. For larger parties, we will review the Catering Portfolio to explore a wide range of options. We always recommend going in a completely different direction than your meal plans for the wedding.
