With the upcoming arrival of Lebanese Château Kefraya Wines to New Hampshire, we thought we would add one more wine dinner to 2023. Five-course pairing dinner with Chef Barnes' interpretation of authentic Lebanese food. Simon Hokayem, of Rossi Imports, will be our guest wine expert for the evening. $100 pp ($128.50 with gratuity and sales tax).

As we look forward to the best year yet, we are preparing to support health, mindfulness and celebration with our first alcohol-free Pairing Dinner. We will be preparing a lot for this dinner to bring to your table innovative mocktails that introduce us all to innovative products and creative techniques for mixology that do not utilize alcohol. If you haven't tried, The Grazing Room's mocktails have been a big hit - and we are challenging ourselves to raise the bar a lot higher as we introduce a line of mocktails in the spring and summer of 2023. $110 per person plus sales tax and gratuity.
Back for Year 3, join us for a traditional New Englander Lobster Bake that was described last year as "off the charts" by several tables. Choice of New England Clam Chowder, Smoky Tomato Soup of Summer Salad to start with biscuits and breads. Pot of whole lobster, steamers, clam and corn. A buffet of buttermilk fried chicken, mac & cheese, and sides to cover everyone's favorites. A feast of blueberry desserts to end the night - sourcing blueberries from Contoocook's Grounding Stone Organic Blueberry Farm. Live Blues Music. $110 per person ($141.35 with sales tax and gratuity) including two drink tickets (two for wine or beer flights; one for signature cocktail or glass of wine). Sunflower Garden Cocktail Party with Girasole Wines
We're planning to plant sunflowers galore in our central floral gardens for 2024. Join us for a Friday night Al Fresco, summery, festive cocktail party among the sunflowers. This evening we will feature Girasole Wines (*that's Italian for sunflower!) from Mendocino, California. Their portfolio includes: Rosé, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and a Red Blend (all rated at 89 points or above). We will also offer passed summer antipasti, grilled food station, summer dessert station, signature cocktails, and Live Music. (Rain plan - in barn with lots of sunflowers.) $79 pp plus $10 music cover ($110 p.p., including sales tax, gratuity and music). Complimentary lunch by the pool on Saturday (12:30 pm) for any guests staying Friday and Saturday night (cash pool bar).
Our annual Halloween costume party will be back for its fifth year (in 2024 known as Feast of the Dead)! This year the theme is a collection of favorite horror stories from New England - including Henniker's own Ocean Born Mary. $130 per person. Roasted pig and harvest feast. Spooky Dessert Buffet. 4 bar tickets. Blues band. The barn will be heated for this event!
