"Into The Woods" Game & Foraging Dinner
A special night of dining in our "Into the Woods" private dining space which is stylized for a "woodsy" dining experience. A six-course French-inspired dinner featuring regional game and locally foraged foods, paired with French wine. The menu will be presented by Chef Barnes and Alex Gray of Monsieur Touton Selections. Dessert course will also include a bourbon tasting bar by an evening bonfire (weather permitting). 6:00 pm. $150 pp. (plus sales tax and gratuity). Communal outdoor seating (barn will serve as a rain plan). Live Music by Brad Myrick.

Lebanese Wine Dinner
With the upcoming arrival of Lebanese Château Kefraya Wines to New Hampshire, we thought we would add one more wine dinner to 2023. Five-course pairing dinner with Chef Barnes' interpretation of authentic Lebanese food. Simon Hokayem, of Rossi Imports, will be our guest wine expert for the evening. $100 pp ($128.50 with gratuity and sales tax).

Christmas Cheer Menu
A very special menu of Chef Barnes' favorite Christmas holiday foods. The menu is a la carte and runs daily from December 7 until December 30 (Wednesday through Sunday - private parties only on Mondays and Tuesdays). We will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and on Mondays and Tuesdays, except for parties of 25 or more. For the full menu, look under our Dining tab for the Holiday Menus. We will also have a full line of special Christmas season cocktails available. You'll get a great view from the restaurant of holiday lights throughout the gardens. This same menu is available for office parties.

Currier & Ives Winter Wonderbarn
Did you know that Colby Hill Inn sits on the Currier & Ives Scenic Byway?! Join us in our (heated) barn for a Currier & Ives-inspired Winter Wonderland. 12:00-5:00 pm. Friday (12/8) - Sunday (12/10). Private Shop & Sip Cocktail Parties may be scheduled from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Great gift shopping for the holidays with lots of small business-sourced products as well as some local craft products! Live Holiday Music on Saturday and Sunday 1:00-4:00 p.m. *GERMAN CHRISTMAS MARKET FOODS & DRINKS Pork Schnitzel, Bratwurst Platter, Weisswurst Platter, Pierogi Platter, Cod Cakes, Cream of Chicken Mushroom Soup, Lobster Bisque. Baked Goods, Christmas Cookies. Gluhwein, Hot Chocolate, Mulled Cider (add some rum or bourbon). *Join us afterwards in the Grazing Room for our Chef’s Christmas Cheer Menu and a view of holiday lights throughout the gardens. New Year's Eve Sparkling Wine Dinner
Sunday, December 31 (7:00-10:30 p.m.) $150 per person (plus gratuity and sales tax) 5-Course Dinner with pairings of champagne and some top picks of wine (other alcohol served a la carte and charged separately). The menu is available under our dining webpage - see the Holiday tab. OVERNIGHT PACKAGE We'll continue onward to midnight with our overnight guests. Dry January Pairing Dinner
As we look forward to the best year yet, we are preparing to support health, mindfulness and celebration with our first alcohol-free Pairing Dinner. We will be preparing a lot for this dinner to bring to your table innovative mocktails that introduce us all to innovative products and creative techniques for mixology that do not utilize alcohol. If you haven't tried, The Grazing Room's mocktails have been a big hit - and we are challenging ourselves to raise the bar a lot higher as we introduce a line of mocktails in the spring and summer of 2023. $110 per person plus sales tax and gratuity.

Blues Weekend: Celebrating Blueberries and Local Farmers & Fishermen
(Friday) - Complimentary appetizers poolside for overnight guests. Cash bar for cocktails by the pool . (Saturday) – Blues Weekend We welcome both overnight inn guests and locals! For inn guests staying Friday and Saturday, expect blueberry breakfast treats to kick off this weekend. Then, we'll shuttle you to Grounding Stone Blueberry Farm for picking your own organic blueberries (2 free pints per room) and a complimentary picnic lunch at this spectacular property. Part 2 - Evening: Five-Course Wine Dinner In Partnership with Grounding Stone Organic Blueberry Farm in Contoocook, Crush NH Wine Distributors, and NH Music Collective. Live Blues Music. $130 pp ($167.05 including sales tax and gratuity).

Annual Lobster Bake & Blueberry Celebration
Back for Year 3, join us for a traditional New Englander Lobster Bake that was described last year as "off the charts" by several tables. Choice of New England Clam Chowder, Smoky Tomato Soup of Summer Salad to start with biscuits and breads. Pot of whole lobster, steamers, clam and corn. A buffet of buttermilk fried chicken, mac & cheese, and sides to cover everyone's favorites. A feast of blueberry desserts to end the night - sourcing blueberries from Contoocook's Grounding Stone Organic Blueberry Farm. Live Blues Music. $110 per person ($141.35 with sales tax and gratuity) including two drink tickets (two for wine or beer flights; one for signature cocktail or glass of wine). Tenderloin available for anyone with seafood allergies (must order at RSVP).

Sunflower Garden Cocktail Party with Girasole Wines
We're planning to plant sunflowers galore in our central floral gardens for 2024. Join us for a Friday night Al Fresco, summery, festive cocktail party among the sunflowers. This evening we will feature Girasole Wines (*that's Italian for sunflower!) from Mendocino, California. Their portfolio includes: Rosé, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and a Red Blend (all rated at 89 points or above). We will also offer passed summer antipasti, grilled food station, summer dessert station, signature cocktails, and Live Music. (Rain plan - in barn with lots of sunflowers.) $79 pp plus $10 music cover ($110 p.p., including sales tax, gratuity and music). Complimentary lunch by the pool on Saturday (12:30 pm) for any guests staying Friday and Saturday night (cash pool bar).

Feast of the Dead
Feast of the Beast will be transformed this year to celebrate Day of the Dead (All Souls Day) on Saturday, November 2! The night begins with an "Into the Woods" cocktail party and Storytelling of Henniker's Dead. Communal seating in the Barn at long stretches of tables for this event. Authentic Mexican cuisine. 4 bar tickets. DJ for dancing. The barn will be heated for this event! $130 per person. Costumes required.

Feast of the Beast (IV): Haunted New England
Our annual Halloween costume party will be back for its fifth year (in 2024 known as Feast of the Dead)! This year the theme is a collection of favorite horror stories from New England - including Henniker's own Ocean Born Mary. $130 per person. Roasted pig and harvest feast. Spooky Dessert Buffet. 4 bar tickets. Blues band. The barn will be heated for this event!
